How can I fix radio?

Hey everyone!! I just changed my battery in my
‘18 accord since it was dying and everything
was working fine before I changed it. As soon as
I changed it and started my radio lights up but
nothing showing or works, the lights the shows
on the rear camera aren’t there anymore, and
the warning on the side mirrors aren’t working.
Can someone please help!? I’m getting
frustrated.

Sounds like you should have used a memory saver , You'll probably have to take it to the dealer for a computer reflash , That's what I think , There's also a radio code needed if you want to find yours on line but I think the radio would flash " Enter code "
