I changed the rear passenger turn signal and it is still flashing rapidly, could it
be that i don't have it in tight enough 2014 hyundai sonata

You forgot crossconnected lamps. Seen this a lot in newer bulbs.

They shouldn’t be a car that’s for sure. But they all use the new style lamps. I wonder if automotive incandescents will be outlawed also? They are still in parts stores
