Is a dealer required to disclose hail damage

No. Just like he's not required to disclose the engine is knocking, or the transmission is leaking, or the wheels are falling off. The Dealer IS, however, required to disclose a branded title. Such as if the vehicle was declared a total loss and now has a rebuilt status title, for example. Hope that helps! Jim
