I’m reporting a bug that was recently changed
on your filters option. Its not giving me the
option to go past 100 miles from my zip code to
look for a vehicle and it usually goes to
nationwide.

You'll need to report this to Cargurus Customer Service directly via email. This is a question and answer forum. Try deselecting the delivery option and see if that opens up your search area.
