Hi, I work for the State of Wyoming and we would like to make Car Guru's a
vendor for our agency, so that we could purchase cars through you for our
participants.

That's not possible. Cargurus is an advertising site only. Similar to Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, etc. They don't sell anything. You can contact Customer Service via email possibly for a more comprehensive explanation. Jim
