What am I to do about the dishonesty of Ford Credit, and Lakewood Ford?? Even after all the help the President is trying to give us, why are we still being abused by car dealers and sales people?
What can do when you make payments on time, and then make 3 extra payments totaling $900, while trying to refinance the car. Then find out that the dealership can resell your car for more that they sold it to you for, because on a 3 year, 36,000 mile lease we have used only 2,868 miles, paid $12,000 on a $17,000 lease agreement, they will NOT give us any equity on it, because of my careful use of the car. I am left with nothing, they even took my trade in as a deposit! I am disabled, I now have no way to get treatment, medication, or take the dogs to the park. Ford Credit will not return our calls so that I can get my disability tags, my dog harness's, ipod charger, 2 cell phone chargers, 4 months left on my license plates, and other personal property. They took the car from less than 2 feet from my front door, on private property, with out any warning, said that we made no contact with anyone, we have names and phone numbers of people we spoke to, proof on phone bills. THEY know I am disabled!! its written on my front door and I have a disability tag in the front window, which is well lit. What do we do?? Is there anyone out there with the honesty of God that can help us? or have I been served my death sentence?
