I don't know how to respond to a message.

When somebody inquires about a car you have listed for sale, their email should be in the inquiry. They have the option of putting in their phone number. Their email is already there by cookies so they don't have to type it out everytime. If this guy deleted his email and/or didn't leave a phone number either he made a mistake and forgot, and he will have to inquire again, or somebody is messing with you, that has been known to happen
