What does "days listed" mean?

Is this in reference to the vehicle itself, or
how long the dealer has been on the
website?

That would be the number of days the vehicle has been listed for sale.

The longer it has been listed the better chance of getting a bigger discount when purchasing it. Also the longer listing time can mean car is not a popular model or the price is too high.
