Most of the cars advertised on this site are cash only so why do you advertise a monthly payment if it is not a viable option?

Hi, I don't know about your local laws, but here in Texas, it is extremely easy to have a bank finance a car purchased from a private party. Once you work out the details and get approval from the bank, the bank will write a check for the seller. Most sellers won't accept a personal check, but I'm sure most would take a certified check or wire transfer from the bank. The main point is that most private sellers want to be paid in full immediately, and third-party financing from a bank does that. The seller gets their money, and you now have a car, but you'll alao have a car payment to the bank.
