91 Mercedes 300E with 200,000 miles. There's oil in the coolant but the oil dipstick is clean. It over heats some but not completely. Otherwise drives fine. Is this a blown head? Appreciate any help

Pressure determines what fluid leaks into what other fluid ~ oil can be over 40lbs pressure but the most you will ever get in a radiator is 15lbs (usually much lower) so you probably will never see coolant in the oil.At 200k miles that head gasket must be as brittle as glass
