How do I know if an email I replied to made it to the requester?

I received an email from Carguru stating that an individual was interested in
my car.  I replied according to directions from Carguru.  How do I know if the
email made it to the requester?

I would contact car guru first by email or phone. If you replied through your personal email address check your sent messages. if they didn't reply I would send a new email just confirming their interest in your vehicle.
