1995 F-150 exhaust smell

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

1995 F-150 pickup, 130k miles.  Has been sitting for about a year. now when I start it up there is a strong exhaust smell. Can't determine the source. Are there some common areas to check for holes/cracks, or is something plugged up?  It runs fine. Any ideas are appreciated. thank you. Stevo

have you brought it up temp and run it / drive it a few miles...
