Buying a used vehicle

Asked by Lauren Feb 04, 2017 at 08:04 PM

Question type: Shopping & Pricing

I am looking at buying a used vehicle from a small
dealership. I found out that the owner or owners
son is driving the vehicle for personal use. Is that
allowed? The vehicle was owned and titled under
his name but is now owned and titled under the
dealership itself. Just wondering if that is a
legitimate practice or not.

They own it so they can drive it. It is common practice for salesmen to drive cars home.
