Trying to list a car for sale. It has been in "processing" status for couple of weeks now... Is Cargurus actually working for private sellers?

It asked me to send a verification photo for them to compare pictures and make sure my listing was real. They said once that is processed they will post it. Maybe check and see if they are requesting the same from you? They did say they would remove the listing if the verification was not completed.

My vehicle is still "in processing".... And now the message says "the e-mail does not exist.." I use this e-mail address for more than 10 years on daily basis. This is hilarious. Is there any customer services on this site? Is this site for real? P.S. I can even close the account..., since it' is completely useless.

Yeah best of luck. If you don't sell back to them directly for their lowball offer and you try to list privately they attempt to hose you.
