I am in search of a mid or large size SUV with a factory installed CD player and a driver's arm rest (not a console).

These features do not seem to co-exist!  I need the armrest because of a
shoulder issue.  Thanks for any help.

It's not for music. I borrow books on CD (obviously for free) at the library. So much easier and cheaper than downloading onto my phone.
