Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I bought a used 2011 GMC Sierra 1500 about two years
ago truck is great no problems other than recently I
bought a set of 35" khumo road ventures for it on stock
rims had Chevrolet dealership install and also just before
that a power steering pump now 8 months down the road
and 15000 miles my truck is making an awful droning
noise at highway speeds to the point me and my seven
month old can't listen to radio peacefully going straight is
awful going into a left side curve it's worse but curving
into the right it's smooth as a Cadillac and dead silent
power steering fluid is good all the usual culprits have
been ruled out I don't work for gym but have been a
shade tree  mechanic my whole life I know a lot and how
to do a lot but this one has me baffled any body have any
related incidents or ideas as to what I may be over looking
before I take it back to the Chevrolet dealership and pay
them just to put it on the rack

Sound like those aggressive tread tires may be making noise or It could also be a wheel bearing. Take a very close look and feel with your hand the inside and outside tread of the tires. If they are not smooth you have found the issue. To check the front wheel bearings, jack up the front end and rotate the tire and wheel by hand feeling for any roughness or looseness.

Thanks guys but your listing things I know and have already done I've replaced several wheel bearings over the years my dad has been running 35's on his truck since it was new in 2002 I know how to keep my tires balanced check for bad wheel bearings and all that they qualify as (usual suspects)

It may be time to take it to an alignment and suspension shop to have it looked over.
