the price of listed car on gurus what does that include?

That's entirely between you and the seller. Ads here are no different than an ad on Craiglist or in a newspaper classified. If you are responding to an ad from a dealer, I would call them by phone and have them verify listed price as there have been many complaints about false advertising or bait and switch tactics. If you've never bought a car from a dealer, you can also expect numerous other fees and taxes piled on top of their asking price. If you deal with a private seller, then the price is whatever you haggle it to be.
