Why do you allow locked accounts to negatively impact customers?

I have 2 people looking to purchase my car at the ask price. In the middle of the conversation with one of them, your system asks for verification. I provide it and I am told it will take 2-3 days to verify. Until then, my listing is no longer there and my potential buyers don't know that my car is for sale.  Why can't you quickly unlock my account?

Your ad is not completely up. Until it is approved you can't communicate with buyers.
