How do you stop or turn off your damn pop ups?

You can tell me how to stop your damn pop ups!  Look,... I like your site. It is
great and I'll keep coming back BUT not if you pop 'up' or 'in' on every damn
screen I open.  You wouldn't want that.  Why the hell would you do that to
anyone else? If it doesn't stop, I'll not make use of your website and go else
were.  Sorry/Thanks

Do you have a pop up blocker on your web browser?
