Jaguar and Land Rover got sold to Tata, not Aston. Plus they were always built in Britain same as Jags and Landies so they always stayed British.

Aston Martin is owned by a consortium of businesses/men, the consortium is led by the Prodrive owner (forget his name) British Company based in warwickshire used to do all the tuning for the RAC Rally spec Subaru Imprezas, and a bunch of Middle East businessmen as well - Kuwait I think! But Aston Martin falls under Prodrive so regardless of where the money comes from its British! Jaguar was sold to Tata.
