Devin...you're certainly on the wrong forum. Most tuners drive cars they can afford and modify. A Bugatti is waaaay out of most tuners price range. So in reality, most of us would care less about a Bugatti. Sorry!

why do they tune anything ask yourself that? speed is an addiction and bragging rights are as well.

Because it's already cranking fairly high hp/liter numbers... couple that with the fact that heat dissipation becomes an issue when you have more than one cylinder bank... so 4 banks creates some major issues.... couple that with the fact that it is an aluminum block, and you start to realize there isn't too much you can do with it before it becomes a time bomb...
