What would cause the horn to work intermittently

My car horn only works intermittently, mostly will work on full lock but not
always

A bad connection in the steering column assembly.

Thank you is this a job for diy or an auto electrician as I presume the airbag has to be removed. ?

There are lots of videos on You Tube that cover this issue. You will have to decide if you want to take this problem on or farm it out.
