Exhaust leak

I have a 92 Nissan King Cab 4 wheel drive
four cylinder it has an exhaust leak I
found out three bolts are sheared off can I
just J-B Weld around it will that hold

no , they make a heli coil thing , may be an easy out will work with heat , patience and penatrating fluid
