i am looking for an update disc for my mmi sat nav system

i am looking for a sat nav disc for the below vehicle which has uk speed cameras on it.can nanyone assist please with location to obtain and cost etc.its the 2.o tdi 170ps sport with the mmi system with the disc holder in the glove box.
