Yep, mine has security light and has passlock sensor if someone tries to trick the passlock sensor externally with a magnet itll trip the anti theft... theres two transistor inside the passlock sensor that are double stacked and one can only be activated by a magnet on the lock cylinder which changes a 5 volt signal from the bcm. If the tamper transistor is tripped and the wrong voltage is detected then fuel injection is cut and i believe starter is disabled

Lot of ppl on the older-er designs wld use magnets on the steering columns to bypass the security, so they updated it
