IMV is Cargurus way of giving the consumer a basis for pricing of vehicles. Instant Market value. It's based on other vehicles for sale from the ads, price, condition, mileage, etc. It's a guideline is all.

Basically it is the average price for your car based on other cars for sale. CG's takes in to account such things as condition and miles etc.
