transforming a retired shuttle bus into a camper

Has anyone ever taken a retired shuttle bus and made a camper out of it ?   I
am looking at a 2012 ,6.6 duramax, with auto trans and a 14 foot wheel base as
my next project .. Any help would be great ..

Did a full size conversion once already getting ready to do another conversion on a smaller size bus.

A conversion like this is more of a carpenter question than a question for mechanics.
