Why won't my dodge shift out of low gear?

I recently changed the rear end out in my
1999 2 wd automatic dodge and now it
won't go out of low gear.  What could cause
this?

I wouldn't think the two would be related , Did you do anything with the tranny when you did the swap ? Could be pure coincidence that the tranny decided to quit when you did the rear axle .
