Can I retract a dealer contact?

If I've thought it over and I am seriously not interested in a vehicle, is there   
some way to "uncontact" the dealer?

I many states there is a "cooling off" period of 3 days. If you have already taken delivery of a vehicle that can complicate things somewhat. Spending $100 discussing this with an attorney might be necessary if the dealer is unwilling to cancel the contract.
