2003 GMC Envoy. No start. no crank.

2003 GMC Envoy. No start. no crank. The starter
went out. I replaced it drove it for about a week.
Then I start it one and it is making a crazy noise
while running. My girlfriemd comes to the door and
motiins me to shut it off. Which I already had. I
hold the keys up. The truck continues to spit and
sputter. I put the key back in and to the in position
it stops spitting and sputtering but that crazy noise
continues. So i get out take off the negetive battery
cable and the trck shuts off. I get back in and the
key wont release. Sense then I have changed the
ignition switch and the igintion cylinder. Now when
I turn the key on, the lights come on and the dash
lights light up. When I tutn the key all the dash
lights go off byt the engine doesn't turn over at all.
