How is your Amp connected to the electrical system ? The main Amp power supply wire must be kept away from the other lower voltage wires. If you connected the system from the battery, the big rubber plug that is located between the engine compartment and the passenger compartment on the left side of the vehicle must be properly sealed off. If your main Amp wire runs next to lower voltage wires, this will induce current on the low voltage wires and will prevent your car from startinf. If you have to run this cable in this area , it should be screened. You should never run these thicker wires with higher voltage or amperage next to a lower amperage or lower voltage wire.
