Well you can change the wheel size, but the key is to keep the total height the same. So you will run a lower profile tire and possibly a harsher ride.

Thank you. That info is helpful. One of the reasons I want go to a larger size tire is to increase my ride height slightly for off road travel. What problems would a slight increase in ride height cause besides some handling loss and less efficient gas milage? is there a bewtter way to achieve these goals? thanks

Lets see if you are looking for more ride height you could go with the larger tire also. But you may need to change your speedometer gear accordingly. There is also the option of lift kits.
