2006 E-150 e85 gas??

I was wandering, can this cargo van in specific run with e85 gas (15% gas,85% ethanol) ?  ...benefits?..... problems?  Also I is it true that adding 1oz of acetone per tank help the combustion ability of the engine?. thank you
