Spark plugs and spark plug wire

My car was running it was missing so I
change my spark plugs and my spark plug
wires and now my car will not start I feel
like it's got something to do with the spark
plugs and my hookup but I don't know it's a
2000 Mustang

Your initial problem may have not been plug related. Hard to say but I would check the gap first. All plugs have a certain gap they are supposed to opened to. Check that first. Then check coils and power to coils
