'01-'03 rx300 awd or a '04 rx330 awd ?

Is the rx330 worth the $4000.- $6000. price difference vs a rx300. Yeah IK that
the rx300 has a 4-spd vs the rx330's 5-spd & the rx330 has a tighter turning
radius. Basically looking for a reliable awd 6-cylinder vehicle thats not to big to
replace my '05 Focus......

If you can find a clean, low mile RX300 buy it. The 300 has full time AWD but the 330 has part time AWD if that matters to you.
