i want to know if the 2001 is300 is rwd or 4wd.

I don't think any 300's are AWD. All RWD... but the 250's and 350's have AWD as an option.

Definitely just rear wheel drive! All is300's that were made which are the years 2001-2005 are rear wheel drive.
