What year is this Lexus??? If it's more than 15 years old, I would skip it. It's more about time than mileage.....

If it has been maintained according to the manual then it should be ok. Lexus is generally an affordable car to fix compared to other brands. Of course having work performed by a dealer is the most expensive option. Find a reputable local shop who specialize in Lexus and get their opinion on its current shape. 150k mi is not much for a Lexus. Look at how many are for sale with over 200k mi.
