Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Good day all
BMW e90

Few weeks ago The oil was mixing with water was
told that it's oil cooler,  we had the oil cooler fixed

Now I've noticed that there are water mixing in my
oil as well,  car doesn't smoke continuesly but
when standing at a robot it starts jerking and
smokes.  No smoke at exhaust only infront at
bonnet .
Any opinions on if it's definitely the head gasket?
Anyone experience this?

oil filter housing gasket, oil cooler gasket, turbo (if equipped), lots of places where oil and coolant can mix on these, before blaming head gasket. I think the oil filter housing gasket is the usual prime suspect in this case. An exhaust analysis can look for coolant in oil/exhaust, a compression test can look for a blown head gasket.
