if it has/comes with a good service record..i would think so... its still 11 uears old but at under 10 k miles per year if you look at it that way..check tire wear/patters..oil clean...car clean...everything work ?? emissions?

A word of caution....don't buy a used BMW unless there is some kind of warranty or you have extra cash to burn. Used BMWs can be hit or miss and some of them may cost thousands to maintain and repair. I wouldn't even think about buying a used one.

I am on my fourth used BMW right now, I purchased all of them with between 25k-50k miles and ran them all up to around 150,000 miles before I sold them without any major issues. I would recommend buying a clean car that was regularly maintained. Here is the list: 2001 325ci, 2008 328xi, 2012 328i x Drive, and the current 2014 328i xDrive. Some might call that luck, but I call that over 300,000 miles of only routine maintenance.
