There is a bad connection or a bad controller.

That is your call. I would be uncomfortable driving it the way it is.

The car is still safe to drive, you just won't have ABS or traction control, and possibly no speedometer. Your ABS module appears to be bad. Check the connection on it first, but it probably needs to be replaced/rebuilt. Lots of information on forums about that. It may need to be coded for your car, but I'm not sure.
