Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Our 1991 Mazda pickup B2200 heats up once it reaches the 60 mph. Anyone could
advise on what may the problem be?

I've seen a plugged or failing Cat do this. A worn or loose water pump impeller can do it too. Check the coolant flow in the radiator as well as the belt. How does it perform around town? At Idle? Check engine light on? The last item I can think of at this point is the Head Gasket.
