starting of a mazda b2000 with 3446 miles

Hi  to get the truck to start I can put a heat lamp in the engine comp..leave  for one hour and I can start my truck. other than that.once the truck is warm it will start. if it sets 8 hours I twill not want start. I know  I have spark and fuel  what do I have going on here???  Please help!!!     Thanks ForYour Time   P.S it once was a good truck i' ve had it since it was new.

ya thats what my guess would be water in the fuel lines if you live in the midwest. throw a bottle of ISO HEET in the fuel tank
