2000 ml430

We just bought a 2000 ml 430 about 3 weeks ago, as we
were driving on the freeway our steering wheel was hard to
make turns, the battery lights came on and then we took it
straight to the gas station and found out that one of the
belts broke what would be the cost of fixing this problem
on our car?

Depends on why the belt broke, if it was just due to age or another pulley frozen or the tensioner loosened.
