does anyone know about heaters

Well, the a/c system has nothing to do with heat. Here are the questions you need to answer to half diagnose it.... 1. Does the temp gauge go up slower than usual/not get to normal operating temp. after driving awhile like it normally would? 2. Are you low on coolant? 3. Is there coolant leaking INSIDE the car? 4. Can you visibly see coolant leaking anywhere under the car? 5. Is there a little heat, or no heat at all? Basically it could be as simple as a stuck thermostat, or as complicated as a heater core, which means removing the entire dash to replace.
there is no leaks in or under car havent paid attention to temp gauge it gives little heat at first then none at all
diagnose your thermostat...if it is working properly...then it's most likely heater core. Fortunately, older cars (though NOT all) have the cores right up underneath the glove box. My '82 corolla has the heater core visible. I was also thinking of a fusible link in your heater core...but that would mean the heater doesn't work at all. Hope this helps.
where is the heater cord located on merccedes 2004 sclass?
