I am in South Korea, and interested in Smart Fortwo any kind recent version. However I
don't know the process of import. So if you can help me to buy and ship the car and it's
for sure, I would like to visit you soon.

Your government has the answers. They will let you know the rules. And Canadian Smarts have kph speedometers and variants such as diesel versions that USA does not have.
