Hello friends, looking to buy a used mini and trying to determine if the age of the car is as important as the mileage?
Hello,
I want to buy a used Mini, and I don't plan on driving it much. My primary
vehicle is a motorcycle. I've read forums on this but I can't seem to find a best
advice...Shall I be more concerned about the age of the car or the mileage?
Thank you

Better to buy newer with updated technology and higher mileage , than low mileage older model as a general rule . Especially where you will be driving less .
Watch out for turbos. They can be costly to replace. I agree with earlier maintenance comment. Older properly maintenance Vehicle does not scare me away always. Insist on a qualified mechanic check if your really interested. It's worth the $100.
Be concerned about Minis in general; They are high maintenance even when babied. No car is going to compare in visceral excitement to a motorcycle, so why not get something more reliable and comfortable for additional variety?
Are you still looking into buying a mini?
