Why do the filters not work?

I'm experiencing filter issues now and I haven't ever before. I just cleared all browser data and it still happens. See picture for discrepancies between what I have sent for the filter, the price search at the top, and the results provided. Set filters to cheapest - 18k and no listings without price. Price search shows as "over 6000" and I get hit with a 1/4 million dollar car. It sometimes rotates back to under 18k in the price search when I add/subtract filters. Its annoying
