Smog no code

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Took my 2001 Subaru Forester to smog
everything passed except no code catalytic
converter. We where told to drive it for 15
minutes to heat to converter and come back
we did still no code. What's my next step is
there something else we should do tomes
running out to get it passed. It my only car
never had this happened to any if my cars.

I read this as the cat monitor is not set, take it through a drive cycle and that would do it

every car is different, some stop and go and some open road with full throttle accelerations and decelerations
