Where can I view reviews of a specific dealership?

Scroll down near the bottom of the car ad and look for reviews.

I work at a dealership and we are wondering how we can find out WHO wrote a review for our dealership so we can reach out to them and rectify the issue they had with us. Is there a way to find out the customer's name, when the review's user name is not actually a name?

I looked and did not see any dealer replies to customers like you might see on Amazon. I would use your dealer contact to see if they can help.

I looked at other dealers and did find a dealer response so apparently it is possible.
