Will I be able to get my first car without a consigner
The car is about 8000

No, you don't need a co-signer at all. If you hand the seller $8000, the car will be yours, no co-signer. Seriously, though, you're a young guy; you should really pay cash for a car and NOT be making payments. It will start your life out on a much more financially prosperous path. Poor people make payments and switch cars often; rich people pay cash and hang onto cars a long time. Or is it better said that making car payments and switching cars often makes people poor and paying cash and hanging onto cars a long time makes people rich? I would suggest saving up $2000 and paying cash for a reliable/cheap to maintain car, and just put some money away every pay period to pay for repairs and your eventual next car. Get a ~2000 Civic with about 150k from a private seller on Craigslist for $2k; have a mechanic look it over for you; it will need an average of one unexpected repair per year that will cost a few hundred dollars; plus oil changes, tires, brakes, etc. But the money you save just in insurance costs (making payments=you need to pay for collision insurance; versus you don't need collision insurance if you own the car outright) will probably cover all these repair costs. And that's not even counting what you'll save on interest and $200 a month car payments.
